This is where you can rent a very nice room and share the rest of the house with me.  You will have access and use of the full house, except for the music room which is where I stay. Below are the amenities you will have:

• A full kitchen
• Full access the TV and the fireplace in the living room
• A lovely Bay window, loveseat, and a treadmill in your room for your private use
• A shared bathroom with really cool mosaics
• You can dine in the Margarita room on the round table or in the living room by the window on a larger table.
• Step out the front door to hang on the patio or use the BBQ facilities.
